Can we add a letter-writing table or two to Sport and Games night? There are a number of Christians behind bars, including new Christians as well as the unsaved, and many have been abandoned by their families including a Lifer prisoner who has rejected the Roman Catholicicm of his family--these brothers and sisters REALLY need support, whether it's only a one-time note or an ongoing penpal correspondence. I write to several dozen prisoners, as well as mailing books to thousands over the last four years. This is a mission field right here in our own country!
ReplyDeleteDonations of stamps, postcards, notecards, envelopes of any size, paper bags (for wrapping books) and money for postage are always needed and welcome. I'll bring some paper and cards and pens, along with some letters.
