Anyone willing to help out with the church gardens?

Good afternoon, folks:

I just talked with Mr. Tony Spearman, supervisor of ACAC maintenance. He would like to extend an invitation for help to clean-up and garden the church campus. I offered to email both the YAM and CS leadership teams in hopes that there may be some folks who are interested in participating in helping out.

Mr. Tony can reply back to anyone interested with details, times/dates, and options to get involved.

Thanks for the consideration and for passing on the invitation.
Nena

If you are interested, please email celebrationsingles@gmail.com and we will pass your info on to Tony.

Russian Ray still needs your support

Ex-King Bill is leading the donors in the effort to send Ray to Russia.  Please give him a hand :-)
Ray will be participating in a 3-week mission trip to Russia. The team will be working on renovating a former Soviet KGB indoctrination center and turning it into a Christian youth camp.

The trip starts May 18, 2012. Ray would really appreciate any prayer and financial support you can give. He will be seeking to raise $5000 for airfare, living expenses, hand tools, materials, and minor equipment. Any extra money raised will be donated to the camp.

If you would like to support Ray financially, you can send a check to ACAC (Allegheny Center Alliance Church. Please note "Russia Mission - Wolfgang" in the memo line. Be sure to provide contact information if you would like a tax deductible receipt.

King Bill reigns again (sort of)

Despite losing the singles championship to the new King Ray several weeks ago.  Bill can again hold his head high since he and I captured the doubles ping pong championship last Friday (3/2/12).  We defeated Ray and Carol in three hotly contested games after tasting bitter defeat at their hands in February.  A celebratory dance and champagne toast was held after the victory.
