Jazz Jam Fest was great!
Rick arranged an amazing group of musicians for the evening. Even King Bill's father was there rocking it on the keyboard.
The drummer was particularly amazing. There were no drumsticks with the drum set so for the first 45 minutes he used pencils! Fortunately Tony tracked down some actual drumsticks and then he could really rock it.
Dynasty was there (Art Education and Music Entertainment).
Lots of people brought food and beverages and everyone did a good job taking care of the pizza.
Thanks to everyone who came and enjoyed. Special thanks to everyone who brought something or helped out. Big thanks to King Bill who coordinated, Aaron who ran the sound, and most of all Rick who recruited the musicians and really got things jamming.

April's Lunch Buddies
April's Lunch Buddies was hopping. We were serenaded by Rock (in the background - not Rock Dillaman). This event also signaled the return of King Bill from his "episode." We heard all the details of his time in the ambulance and hospital and are glad to report that he is improving steadily.
Join us on May 13th for the next Lunch Buddies - bring your mom :-)

Update on King Bill
Bill went home from the hospital on Saturday. Apparently there is no structural damage to his heart. The main impact is that Bill has received a huge wakeup call to take better care of himself :-) He asked me to tell everyone to see their doctor regularly and get their blood pressure taken often! He could have avoided all of this if he had done that.
I told him that I think that he is faking this so we can retain our doubles ping pong title forever. He didn't deny it ;-)
Bill hopes to be there Friday for the Bible Discussion, but will have to wait to see if he can make it. Please continue to lift him up in prayer.

Please pray for King Bill
Bill McCarthy had a mild heart attack today. Details are sketchy, but word has it that he is currently undergoing tests at a hospital. We will post updates as soon as we get them. For now, please keep him and his family in your prayers. Thank you!

Helping out with Gardening
Hello Everyone,
It’s almost that time of year I am Tony Spearman of ACAC’s Support & gardening depts. I pray that the winter season hasn’t been too harsh for you. It is the beginnings of spring and that means within the next 4 weeks we will need to start our spring cleanup, prep and planting. Your help is needed to reach our goal of having our campus look as beautiful as God intended it to be. Many hands make light workThe initial plants (Tulip bulbs) will come up and bloom soon, but we will need to clean up from the winter season and refresh the earth by adding mushroom manure and then later planting our summer plants, Feel free to e-mail me if you are interested, it’s all hands on deck. It will be fun, food and fellowship. I am excited to gather with all of you that able to come. I will be emailing a tentative clean up and planting date. I just wanted to touch base with everyone.
Till then,Be safe and be blessedTony. S
It is a blessing to bring life and beauty into the community.
