This weekend... Sports and Games Night and Memorial Service for Lorinda Robinson

Friday, August 3rd- It's a new month, and Sports and Games night! We will be playing volleyball in the Union Place gym which is located on the second floor. There will also be board games in one of the adjacent meeting rooms. The fun begins at 7:30 p.m. and goes until about 10:45. We hope to see you there for a time of fun and fellowship!

Saturday, August 4th- There will be a memorial service for Lorinda Robinson at 11:00 a.m. at Christ Alliance Church 1881 Broadhead Rd. Aliquippa Pa. 15001. There will be a meal at the church fellowship hall following the service. All are welcome for the service and the meal.

Opportunity to help out with Lorinda's Memorial luncheon

                                                                                                                                                                      Many people have asked if there is anything that they could do to bless the Robinson Family in their time of loss. It was Lorinda's wish that donations be made to  the Christian and Missionary Alliance, P.O. Box 35000, Colorado Springs, CO 80935, with the memo line Lorinda Robinson/ Dakar Ministry Center. There is, however, another way that we can help. It has been brought to our attention that the people coordinating the memorial luncheon could use help with donations of side dishes and desserts. Jennifer Farroux has volunteered to be the contact person regarding these dishes. Please contact her at jennifer.farroux@facebook.com to let her know what you can bring. She needs to know by Tuesday. Thank you all!

UPDATE from Charlotte (Lorinda's sister):

"Lorinda Robinson is now dancing on street of gold. She was welcomed into the arms of Jesus early this morning. All of her suffering is over and she is rejoicing today. I suspect she may be helping with decorations for the big feast that awaits us and I know she is worshipping our Lord Jesus Christ whom she loved with all of her heart. While our hearts grieve because we miss her we also rejoice because we know that she is now in perfect health and filled with joy."
